LOS ANGELES – A sex tape featuring Tupac Shakur has been discovered.
The five minutes of footage allegedly shows the rapper - who died from injuries sustained in a drive-by shooting in 1996 - receiving oral sex from an unidentified woman while he sings and dances along to his own music.

WASHINGTON – The White House says an off-color remark about President Barack Obama by MSNBC analyst Mark Halperin was inappropriate.
Halperin said during an appearance Thursday on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" that he thought Obama "was a dick yesterday." The Time magazine editor at large was talking about Obama's performance at a White House news conference on Wednesday.

LONDON – Arnold Schwarzenegger's former housekeeper has spoken out about having a child with the ex-governor, saying her son Joseph only learned about a year ago who his father was.

LOS ANGELES – A judge says Nicollette Sheridan's wrongful termination lawsuit over her firing from "Desperate Housewives" should go to trial.
With the actress looking on, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elizabeth White said Tuesday there were issues a jury should decide about whether Sheridan's character was unfairly eliminated from the hit series.

LOS ANGELES – Court records show a woman who appeared on the TV show "Bones" has dismissed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the series' star David Boreanaz.
Attorney Gloria Allred filed a dismissal of the case filed on behalf of Kristina Hagan on Monday. She wrote in an email that the case had been "resolved" but provided no further details.

NEW YORK — Former NFL star Lawrence Taylor pleaded guilty Thursday to a pair of misdemeanor sex charges, stemming from his arrest last year for felony statutory rape.
The Hall of Fame linebacker entered a guilty plea to one count of sexual misconduct and one count of patronizing a 16-year-old prostitute. As a result, he will be sentenced to six years' probation.

NEW YORK — Brett Favre's latest attempt at retirement is off to a rocky start.
Two massage therapists, Christina Scavo and Shannon O'Toole, have sued Favre, the New York Jets and Lisa Ripi, a woman who hires massage therapists for the team, claiming they lost their jobs when they complained about receiving sexually suggestive text messages from the former NFL star, Good Morning America reports.
