PHOENIX, Ariz. — Troubled rapper DMX is back in jail after he allegedly violating his probation by using drugs, including cocaine.
The 39-year-old star, whose real name is Earl Simmons, was arrested Tuesday night in Arizona after serving about half of an 18-month probation, according to The Arizona Republic.

NEW YORK — Robert "Joe" Halderman, the man accused of trying to extort $2 million from David Letterman, pleaded guilty Tuesday to attempted grand larceny in a Manhattan courtroom.
The former 48 Hours producer was sentenced to six months in prison and 1,000 hours of community service for attempting to blackmail the late-night host in exchange for keeping quiet about Letterman's affair with a staffer, the Associated Press reports.

NEW YORK — Lil Wayne was finally sentenced Monday to a year in jail after several delays extended his freedom.
In October, the 27-year-old rapper pleaded guilty to felony gun possession in a plea deal with prosecutors. Police stopped the Grammy winner's tour bus in New York City after a concert performance on July 22, 2007, resulting in the discovery of a loaded .40 caliber semi-automatic gun. Authorities later used a DNA profiling technique to tie him to the gun found on the bus.

NEW YORK — R&B star D'Angelo was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly offered an undercover New York City policewoman $40 for oral sex.
Police say the 36-year-old entertainer, whose real name is Michael Archer, was arrested early Saturday morning while behind the wheel of his Range Rover.
In a statement, his manager, Lindsay Guion, said the "Lady" singer had pleaded not guilty and planned to fight the charge against him.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — A man suspected of stalking Dr. Drew Pinsky has pleaded not guilty to six felony counts against him, the Associated Press reports.
Charles William Pearson, 33, entered his not guilty pleas Friday in Pasadena Superior Court after being arrested Wednesday evening in Woodland Hills, Calif.

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. — Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual assault by a woman he allegedly partied with at a Georgia nightclub, ESPN reports.
Police say the alleged assault took place early Friday at Capital City, a hotspot located in Milledgeville, where the player has a nearby home.
"He's been identified as being at the scene and there are allegations naming him as the perpetrator," Deputy Chief Richard Malone said.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — A man suspected of stalking Dr. Drew Pinsky was arrested Wednesday evening in Woodland Hills, Calif.
Charles William Pearson, 33, was apprehended around 5:30 p.m. by L.A. County sheriff's deputies, who spotted him at a computer terminal in the school library at Pierce College, according to the Los Angeles Times.

LOS ANGELES — Tiger Woods' longtime caddie, Steve Williams, insists he was in the dark when it comes to the embattled golfer's extramarital affairs.
"I knew nothing, that's my answer. I don't have to clarify or extend that answer, I knew nothing." Williams told New Zealand TV3's 60 Minutes.
It's an answer that Williams has given before, but one the public has a hard time believing considering he's also one of Woods' closest friends off the course.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Rihanna's rockin' body is headed to court.
The 22-year-old singer is being sued by her personal trainer, who claims the R&B star failed to pay up for several 2009 workouts, TMZ reports.
Trainer Cindy Percival filed the lawsuit last week in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming Rihanna still owes her more than $26,000 in unpaid wages for a couple of weeks of work together last fall.

NEW YORK — Naomi Campbell could be in trouble with the law again.
The 39-year-old supermodel has been accused of attacking her limo driver and then running away from the scene, the Associated Press reports.
Police say Campbell slapped and punched the driver after becoming upset while they were driving around New York City on Tuesday afternoon. She then allegedly fled the scene when the driver stopped the car in Manhattan and dialed 911.
A search is currently underway for the troubled star.
