LOS ANGELES – Court records show a woman who appeared on the TV show "Bones" has dismissed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the series' star David Boreanaz.
Attorney Gloria Allred filed a dismissal of the case filed on behalf of Kristina Hagan on Monday. She wrote in an email that the case had been "resolved" but provided no further details.

LOS ANGELES — Rachel Uchitel is speaking out after someone leaked several text messages between her and David Boreanaz, calling them "not authentic" and "taken completely out of context."
"I feel compelled to address the false picture that has been portrayed," Uchitel tells Us Weekly. "For reasons unknown to me, I believe that someone is deliberately trying to portray me in a false light. These texts should not have been published."
On Thursday, RadarOnline said it had obtained several Blackberry text messages between the pair. In one exchange, Uchitel lashes out at Boreanaz for not spending enough time with her, even though his wife, Jaime Bergman, is pregnant at the time.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jaime Bergman is speaking out for the first time since her husband, actor David Boreanaz, confessed to being unfaithful.
The former Son of the Beach star says the couple is attempting to save their marriage but the pain of her husband's cheating is still weighing on her.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Make no Bones about it, Rachel Uchitel isn't the other woman in the David Boreanaz cheating scandal.
Uchitel released a statement Thursday through her famed attorney, Gloria Allred, in which she denied tabloid reports suggesting her involvement with the TV star, who she's been previously linked to.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — David Boreanaz is the latest Hollywood star to find himself in the middle of a cheating scandal.
The 40-year-old Bones star has admitted to cheating on wife Jaime Bergman after a mistress threatened to go public with their affair.
