The 41-year-old dance instructor was arrested on rape charges Tuesday morning at his North Hollywood home, the Los Angeles Times reports.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — "So You Think You Can Dance" produced a teary moment Wednesday night when Melissa and Ade were given a Tyce Diorio contemporary routine on the topic of breast cancer.

The emotional performance was set to Maxwell's "This Woman's Work," a song written by British artist Kate Bush.

The dance routine moved nearly everyone to tears. It also most likely saved Melissa and Ade from being in the bottom two again on the hit Fox series.
