"It was really traumatic for me," the 24-year-old reality star tells Us Weekly. "Going through that was horrible for me, so I am my biggest punisher, and I have just been dealing with it myself. You just keep yourself up."

The 24-year-old reality star was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving around 1 a.m. Saturday in Venice, Calif., E! News reports.

Lamas, who was released from custody later in the morning, is due in court on Dec. 9 to face the misdemeanor charge.
