The actor-TV host and girlfriend Courtney Mazza welcomed a baby girl Saturday in Burbank, Calif., according to Extra.
Gia Francesca Lopez, the couple's first child, weighed in at 6 pounds, 4 ounces.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Mario Lopez and girlfriend Courtney Mazza are inviting fans into their household as they await the arrival of their first child.
The couple will star in a new VH1 reality series centered around the arrival of their baby, the network announced Wednesday.
The still untitled baby series, comprised of eight half-hour episodes, will premiere this fall.

The television host has announced that his girlfriend, Broadway dancer Courtney Mazza, is pregnant with the couple's first child.
"Courtney and I couldn't be more excited," Lopez told Extra in a statement Wednesday. "I've waited my whole life to be a dad — this is a true blessing. I am looking forward to sharing this experience with my family and my family at Extra."

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff have split, People magazine has confirmed.
"Karina has parted ways with her two-year relationship with Mario Lopez," a rep for Smirnoff tells the mag. "The relationship wasn't heading in the right direction."
The former "Saved by the Bell" star also confirmed the end of the couple's relationship.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Karina Smirnoff is denying a report by People magazine that she has split with her boyfriend Mario Lopez.
"Mario and I are fine. Everything's good," the 30-year-old dance pro tells E! News correspondent and "Dancing With the Stars" co-host Samantha Harris.
Smirnoff met the 34-year-old Lopez, who is currently starring in "A Chorus Line" on Broadway, during the third season of "Dancing With the Stars."
Lopez also denied the report, telling E! via email, "It's all good."
