Kudrow will oversee the June 13, 2011 ceremony at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. One of her duties is to ensure that award winners stick to Webby protocol by limiting their acceptance speeches to just five words.

Kudrow is also a winner herself. Recipients were earlier announced by the Webbys, which honor Internet achievement.

Lisa Kudrow has signed on for a guest appearance on Cox's new ABC series, TV Guide reports.

Kudrow, 46, will play a nasty dermatologist that Jules (Cox) can't seem to stop going to despite her evil nature.

The episode is slated to air during November sweeps, TV Guide said.

It will mark the first appearance by a former Friends star on Cox's series, which debuted in September.
