LOS ANGELES – Hilary Duff is selling her Beverly Hills mansion for $6.25 million.
The 23-year-old actress - who is expecting her first child with husband Mike Comrie - has dropped the asking price on her six-bedroom mansion on Toluca Lake, which she paid $3.5 million for in March 2004, from $7 million after failing to find a buyer when it was first listed last year.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Hilary Duff is not pregnant with her first child.
The former Lizzie McGuire has shot down a Star magazine report, in which a "close friend" suggested Duff had a baby on the way with husband Mike Comrie.
"Nope, not pregs!" she told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush in a text message Wednesday. "Be nice to know who my 'friend' is though that is telling people that."

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie are in no rush to start a family after tying the knot in August.
"We're excited to have kids, but we don't want to do it now," Duff, 23, said on the Valentine in the Morning radio show Friday.
She added, "We've been married for six weeks. We haven't sent thank-you notes out yet. Can we get that out of the way before?"

MONTECITO, Calif. — Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie have tied the knot!
The actress and her hockey beau got married Saturday evening around 8 p.m. at the Mediterranean Villa La Quinta in Montecito, Calif., American Superstar confirms.
The couple exchanged vows in front of about 100 family members and close friends at the luxury estate, located near Santa Barbara.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — It's official: Hilary Duff is now engaged to her longtime boyfriend, hockey star Mike Comrie.
"Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie were engaged this weekend while vacationing in Hawaii," Duff's rep said Friday. "After having been together for over two years, they are very excited to share this happy news. They are thankful for all of your warm wishes."
No other details about the couple's wedding plans were revealed.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Hilary Duff is about to add some drama to the Upper East Side.
The 21-year-old singer and actress has signed on to appear in multiple episodes of "Gossip Girl," Entertainment Weekly reports.
Duff will portray a movie star named Olivia Burke who is in search of the total college experience. That leads her to NYU, where she enrolls alongside Blair (Leighton Meester), Dan (Penn Badgley) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr), who becomes her roomie.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Hilary Duff says it's a good thing she found a boyfriend in hockey star Mike Comrie.
"I'm the worst dater!" the 21-year-old Duff confesses to Us Weekly. "I never really dated. I've been lucky to meet great people and be like, 'Okay, let's go. Let's do this.' "

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Time has passed and tempers have been free to cool, but Hilary Duff is still fuming.
The 21-year-old star is still boiling over Faye Dunaway's comments regarding Duff being cast in the iconic role of Bonnie Parker for the indie film, "The Story of Bonnie and Clyde." When asked recently about the casting, Dunaway was less than flattering in saying, "Couldn't they at least cast a real actress?"
