HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Brooke Burke is heading back to Dancing With the Stars.
The 38-year-old TV personality will report for duty alongside Tom Bergeron as the show's new co-host, an announcement made Monday on ABC's Good Morning America.
"Today is one of the most exciting days ever!!! With the exception of my family and children, today tops the list of all my professional endeavors!!!" said Burke on her official Web site.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — ABC has announced the celebrity/pro pairings for the upcoming new season of Dancing With the Stars.
The network announced the pairings on Tuesday's Good Morning America. Here is the rundown on who will be hitting the dance floor together on the 10th season of DWTS:
• Soap star Aiden Turner and Edyta Sliwinska
• Astronaut Buzz Aldrin and Ashly Costa (formerly DelGrosso)
• NFL star Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Brooke Burke could be headed back to Dancing With the Stars.
The 38-year-old brunette beauty has confirmed rumors that she's in the running to replace Samantha Harris on the hit ABC show, which she previously won as a contestant.
"The news about me hosting DWTS is true," wrote Burke Tuesday on Twitter. "I am screen testing next week for the job, fingers crossed! It would be amazing 2 be back!"

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Samantha Harris has witnessed her final dance.
The 36-year-old television personality is leaving Dancing With the Stars. Harris, who has co-hosted the ABC reality show with Tom Bergeron for the last eight seasons, said she plans to focus on her other gigs, including her recently expanded correspondent duties for The Insider.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Julianne Hough won't be returning to Dancing with the Stars anytime soon.
In an interview from Monday night's New Moon premiere for Ryan Seacrest's KISS-FM radio show, the 21-year-old dance pro said she plans to sit out at least another season.
"No, I'm not [coming back] next season," Hough told the host.
When Seacrest pressed if that meant she'd be back the season after next, Hough sounded uncertain if and when she'd ever return to the show.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Susan Boyle is bringing her act to Dancing With the Stars, but she plans to dazzle with her voice and not her feet.
The 48-year-old Scottish singer will appear on the hit ABC show this week, Access Hollywood reports.
Boyle is expected to perform "I Dreamed a Dream," the Les Miserables song that skyrocketed her to fame last April on Britain's Got Talent. Pro dancers Tony Dovolani and Chelsie Hightower will perform on the ballroom dance floor as she sings, Access said.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Dancing With the Stars paid tribute to Michael Jackson on Tuesday night's show, with the late singer's sister, LaToya Jackson, noting the King of Pop's love for dance.
"Michael liked all kinds of choreography. He liked Dancing With the Stars," she said. "He was a fan of the show."
The tribute kicked off with a performance of the vintage Jackson 5 hit "I Want You Back."
"He influenced not only dancing itself, but choreography. We lost not only an icon, but we lost the father of dance and choreography," said dancer Karina Smirnoff.
"It's really important to do this tribute because he pretty much opened doors, and I thank him for opening doors for all of us," reflected dancer Louis van Amstel.

LOS ANGELES — Aaron Carter insists "there is nothing going on" between him and Karina Smirnoff, his pro partner on ABC's Dancing With the Stars.
"It is completely false," the 21-year-old Carter tells Us Weekly of the dating rumors surrounding the pair. "We are two people who like to be out and about and if it were true, you would have seen us out together already! And we would have been caught."
Smirnoff, 31, is also attempting to silence the dating buzz, particularly since it comes on the heels of her recent split with fiancé Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Tom DeLay may have dropped out of "Dancing With the Stars," but the former Republican House Majority Leader still has some unfinished business with his partner Cheryl Burke.
"I haven't made her a conservative yet!" the 62-year-old DeLay, who dropped out of the competition Tuesday due to stress fractures in both of his feet, tells Us Weekly. "That might have taken another month or so!"
