HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Chris Klein still has some work to do.
The 31-year-old actor is extending his rehab stay at Cirque Lodge in Utah, where he's been receiving treatment since June 21.
"Chris, along with his support team, has decided to extend his treatment," his rep tells People. "He is doing fantastic and is optimistic about his future. He thanks everyone for their continued support."

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Chris Klein was formally charged Monday with two misdemeanor counts of DUI stemming from his arrest earlier this month in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, the 31-year-old actor was charged for driving under the influence with a prior conviction and driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher.
If convicted, he faces a minimum of four days in jail and up to a year sentence because of a prior drunken driving case.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actor Chris Klein has checked into rehab after being arrested last week in Los Angeles on suspicion of DUI.
Klein, 31, is seeking treatment at the Cirque Lodge in Utah, his rep tells People, adding the former American Pie star plans to complete a 30-day alcohol addiction program and stay longer if necessary.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actor Chris Klein has been arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of DUI.
According to TMZ, the American Pie star was pulled over early Wednesday on the 101 freeway after police noticed his vehicle "weaving" between lanes.
Klein, 31, was arrested upon failing a field sobriety test. He reportedly had a blood alcohol level that was more than twice the legal limit of .08.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Ginnifer Goodwin and Chris Klein have decided to end their relationship, a source confirmed to People.
"They realized they wanted different things," one of Goodwin's pals tells the magazine. "In the long run, the relationship wasn't going to work."
Goodwin, 30, and Klein, 29, started dating about two years ago.
