HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Stephanie Pratt is heading away from The Hills and into rehab.

The 23-year-old reality star is entering a 30-day residential rehab facility after pleading not guilty Friday to a misdemeanor DUI charge in Los Angeles, according to People.

Pratt was arrested in Hollywood on Oct. 18, shortly after leaving castmate Holly Montag's birthday party at L.A. nightclub Empire. She was just over the 0.8 legal limit for California after a second breath test registered at 0.9, TMZ previously reported.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actress Melanie Griffith has checked herself into a rehab facility.

"She is there to reinforce her commitment to stay healthy," the 52-year-old star's rep told Entertainment Tonight. "This is part of a routine plan that was designed between her and her doctors years ago."

According to published reports, the actress, who has battled substance abuse problems since her teens, is seeking treatment at the Cirque Lodge in Utah.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Tara Reid is still in rehab, contrary to online reports.

On Sunday, a source told People magazine that the 33-year-old actress had left Promises Treatment Center over the weekend, but her rep later denied the report to Access Hollywood and said Reid is still seeking treatment.

Reid, who entered the facility in early December, is reportedly "doing well," according to People.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — David Duchovny has left an undisclosed rehabilitation facility, where he was undergoing treatment for a sex addiction.

"David has successfully completed his rehabilitation," the actor's lawyer told Us Weekly in a statement on Monday. "He is out of rehab and will be starting a movie soon."

The 48-year-old Duchovny voluntarily entered rehab in August.
