Woody Harrelson, pic, pics, picture, pictures, photo, photos, hot, celebrity, celeb, news, juicy, gossip, rumors HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — A member of the paparazzi has filed a $2.5 million dollar lawsuit against actor Woody Harrelson, The Associated Press reports.

Photographer Josh Levine filed the suit Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming the 46-year-old star choked him, broke his video camera and ordered his bodyguard to attack him.

Levine was working for celebrity news organization TMZ at the time of the June 2006 encounter, which took place in Hollywood as he attempted to film the former "Cheers" star.
