NEW YORK — Lindsay Lohan is fed up with E-Trade's talking babies.
The 23-year-old actress is suing the financial services firm over a television commercial that first aired during February's Super Bowl, Reuters reports.
In the lawsuit, which was filed Monday in New York, Lohan seeks $100 million in damages for unauthorized used of her likeness.
The ad in question features a baby boy apologizing to his girlfriend for not calling her the night before.
"And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn't over?" the baby girl asks.
The camera then switches back to the boy, who squirms and replies "Lindsay?" before another baby girl, presumably Lindsay, pops up and asks, "Milk-a-what?"
