HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Amanda Bynes apparently isn't retiring from showbiz after all.
Nearly a month after revealing her plans to quick acting at the tender age of 24, Bynes seems to have had a change of heart.
"I've unretired," she announced Friday evening on her Twitter page.
In June, Bynes shocked fans when she revealed her intentions to walk away from Hollywood.

LOS ANGELES — Amanda Bynes is headed for a career change.
The young star took to Twitter on Saturday to announce that she has retired from acting at the tender age of 24.
"Being an actress isn't as fun as it may seem," wrote Bynes. "If I don't love something anymore, I stop doing it. I don't love acting anymore, so I've stopped doing it."
"I know 24 is a young age to retire but you heard it here first I've #retired," she added.
Bynes made her acting debut at the age of 13 on Nickelodeon's All That. That was followed by her own variety show, The Amanda Show, which ran for three seasons (1999-2002) on Nickelodeon.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Amanda Bynes is facing a lonely Valentine's Day this year.
The 23-year-old actress is a single girl again after splitting with the mystery boyfriend (rumored to be rapper Kid Cudi) that she's been tweeting non-stop about.
"If something doesn't work out with the guy I like, then I guess it just wasn't meant to be!" Bynes wrote Thursday on Twitter. "You can't FORCE relationships/love. If it's meant to be, it will be!"

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Amanda Bynes is giving her admirers an early Valentine's Day gift by stripping down to her bra, a stark reminder that the former Nickelodeon star is all grown up.
"I had the best time on this shoot," the former All That star tells Maxim of her February cover shoot. "I think every shot I did was sexy. Some people still see me as a kid, but I'm a 23-year-old woman now."

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Amanda Bynes is returning to the small screen.
The 22-year-old actress will star in the new ABC pilot "Canned," Variety reports.
The project revolves around a group of friends who are all fired on the same day.
Bynes will star as a naive Midwestern girl named Sarabeth who fails to realize she's being exploited by her boss.
She joins the previously cast Tim Peper, Stephanie Lemelin and Baron Vaughn on the series.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Amanda Bynes is back on the single market.
The 22-year-old actress is no longer dating baseball player Doug Reinhardt, her rep confirmed to People.
"I can confirm that Amanda broke up with Doug," said rep Melissa Raubvogel.
The split comes after Bynes and Reinhardt were spotted hand-in-hand on Tuesday night at the First Celebrity Basketball Game hosted by the Education Advantage Foundation at Beverly Hills High School. That same evening, Reinhardt spoke glowingly of the couple's relationship, which began late last year.
