HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Brooke Mueller is getting more help.
The estranged wife of actor Charlie Sheen has checked into a sober living facility, her mother, Moira Fiore, tells People.
"She is struggling with her sobriety and we are going away on a cruise so we feel better that she will be there while we are gone," explained Fiora. "It is a facility for very wealthy people trying to fight addictions."
Fiora said her daughter will likely be at the undisclosed facility for about two weeks.
Mueller, 33, has previously checked into rehab on several occasions for substance abuse problems. The setback comes in the midst of a new reality show she is filming with Paris Hilton.
"Brooke is really trying to get her life back," her mother said.
Last month, Sheen filed for divorce from Mueller after less than three years of marriage. Their relationship fell apart after a domestic violence incident last Christmas that resulted in the Two and a Half Men star being arrested.
