"The National Enquirer continuously publishes false, fabricated and malicious stories about Whitney Houston, including the latest cover story with the headline, saying it's 'Rehab For Whitney.' Whitney is not headed to rehab she is headed to Paris, where she will be continuing her world tour," her rep said Thursday in a statement to Access Hollywood.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jersey Shore star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi was one of three people charged in connection with the 2004 death of a teenager, RadarOnline reports.
According to the celebrity gossip site, 16-year-old Michael Truncali died when his car crashed in the early Thanksgiving hours after a night of drinking at Snooki's New Jersey home. He had a blood alcohol level of .18, which is more than twice the legal limit.
