Scarlett Johansson looked absolutely stunning at last night’s G’Day USA Gala and Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts International Awards in LA (Jan. 31, 2015)!
Scar-Jo was on hand to present her Avengers co-star Chris Hemsworth with the Excellence in Film Award at the Gala “where the US and Australia meet”.
She even revealed that her “shockingly handsome” co-star is as sexy asleep as he is awake, which is remarkable considering drool and all.
She called to mind an airplane trip during their Avengers press tour with co-stars Chris Evans and Mark Ruffalo, saying,
“Chris decided to take a little cat nap. He collapsed into a giant perfect heap, his lion’s mane gracefully falling around his prominent chiseled features. ‘My, God,’ proclaimed Ruffalo, ‘what a specimen.’
Evans added, ‘It’s incredible—the man is perfect even when he’s drooling.’”
Scarlett gushed she ”just stared hoping that some of his stardust would drift my way.”
“He’s all at once sensitive and ferocious, otherworldly and grounded, is shockingly handsome and is surprisingly approachable” Johansson continued to say. “He is every man and like no man you’ve met before. He is versatile despite his physicality, which makes him a grade A movie star.”
Hemsworth thanked his wife (Furious 6 actress Elsa Pataky) in his speech, saying to the crowd that she’s “the greatest thing I’ve gotten over the last few years.
“So thank you very much to everyone, but especially my wife.”
Elsa gave birth to their twin boys Tristan and Sasha 10 months ago.
Also in attendance of last night’s soirée was Chris’s younger brother Liam Hemsworth, older brother Luke Hemsworth, Nicole Kidman with husband and country music star Keith Urban, John Travolta and Kelly Preston, Naomi Watts, Rebel Wilson, and Allen Leech.
