The Iggy Azalea sex tape saga continues.
The rapper, who first denied the existence of a sex tape then admitted to filming one, may have given her ex-boyfriend and former manager Hefe Wine permission to distribute the NSFW video.
TMZ has obtained a lengthy agreement that Azalea — then known as Amethyst Amelia Kelly — signed in 2009 that gives Wine exclusive rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images.” Though the Australian hitmaker previously signed the contract to allow Wine to records and music videos, Azalea’s ex is now insisting that the contract is legally binding to their sex tape if he chooses throw one of her old tracks in there as background music.
In other words, Wine claims Azalea has no authority to stop him from releasing his revenge porn their sex tape.
Previously, the “Fancy” emcee threatened to sue Vivid Entertainment, the company planning to buy the video, if they choose to release her sex tape. She claims that they’ll be deemed a “sex offender” as she was allegedly underage at the time.
Wine, who insists that he was not the one who sent the video, says that the adult film company behind releasing Kim Kardashian and Farrah Abraham’s own sex tapes only got a hold of the NSFW clip because someone had stolen his computer a few months ago. Nonetheless, he still wants a cut of the potential profit. Gross.
