Christina Aguilera sure knows how to make a red carpet entrance.
The queen of fashion transformation arrived at the American Music Awards in high style, giving a nod to Michelle Pfeiffer (a la Scarface), donning a blunt platinum bob, sun-kissed glow, and Pamella Roland‘s lavender ombré silk chiffon halter gown.
The Voice judge, who kicked up her sparkly stilettos as she playfully posed for photos, is scheduled to hit the stage at the 2012 American Music Awards where she will perform a trio of songs off her new album, Lotus.
According to Access Hollywood, the pop songstress will belt out “Let There Be Love,” “Army of Me,” and “Lotus” off the new album.
The theme of the performance is “anti-bullying,” with her back-up dancers dressed as outcasts, while she’ll be donning a pink dress and later transforming her look into a glittering black bustier.
