HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Tila Tequila is boasting that she's pregnant again, although the timing of the announcement and her track record make the likelihood questionable.
"BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: I am going to become a SURROGATE MOTHER for my brother & his Wife!!! That is my xmas present to them. Im pregnant!!!!" wrote Tequila Sunday on her Twitter page.
However, the pregnancy post was followed hours later by another message touting Tequila's new dating website, perhaps signaling that this was just another publicity stunt by the media-hungry star.
In addition to the questionable timing, Tequila also has a poor track record when it comes to making pregnancy announcements on Twitter. In June, she claimed she was expecting a baby with an A-list star in the hip-hop industry, only to later backtrack on her revelation.
"First of all....the PREGNANCY rumors....the point is...maybe I was pregnant, or maybe I wasn't pregnant," she explained at the time. "I think that is something very personal but I'm going to clear that up now and say that I am not currently pregnant."
Tequila also proclaimed her engagement to Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson earlier this month on Twitter.
