Since 1986, the "I Have A Dream" Foundation has been working to ensure that all children have the opportunity to pursue higher education. The foundation sponsors entire cohorts of students in low-income communities and works with them from an early age all the way to college. Upon high school graduation, each "Dreamer" receives tuition assistance for higher education.
