Charlie Sheen Mug Shot Picture: Actor Charlie Sheen was arrested Friday morning on domestic violence charges during a holiday getaway in Colorado.
The Two and a Half Men star was booked for second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
Sheen, 44, allegedly got into scuffle with his wife, Brooke Mueller, at a house located in the ski resort town of Aspen. He was taken into custody after a 911 call was placed from the home.
The actor was released several hours later after posting $8,500 bond.
Sheen's attorney, Richard Cummins, cautioned against any rush to judgment.
"I think at the end of the day it will be much ado about nothing," he told the Associated Press. "I don't think there's any criminality about what went on."
