HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Ke$ha has apologized to Justin Bieber after she referred to him as a "baby" in a recent interview.

The "Tik Tok" singer upset the teen star's fans while talking about their presenting duties at the Grammy Awards in February.

"He's such a tiny little baby!" she told Maxim magazine. "I would've loved to push him around on stage in a carriage."

However, in a message posted Saturday on her Twitter page, Ke$ha said she was sorry if her light-hearted comments were taken seriously.

"dear justin b i am so sorry if my bad joke has hurt your feelings," she wrote. "u r obviously so talented and i would never mean to offend u. i think u r rad."
