HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — It's over for Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry.

The couple has split after four years together, American Superstar has learned.

According to TMZ, Berry, 43, and Aubry, 34, are in the midst of working out a custody agreement for their 2-year-old daughter, Nahla.

The Oscar-winning actress and the Canadian model first met at a Versace shoot in late 2005. When asked last year by Harper's Bazaar if the couple had any plans to marry, Berry said she was finished with walking down the aisle.

"I'm done," said the twice-divorce star. "Also, I happened to find a person who feels done too, and he's never even been married before. So it works."
