Ashley Olsen Denies Justin Bartha Engagement Rumors

Ashley OlsenHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Ashley Olsen is shooting down tabloid reports claiming that the former "Full House" star is now engaged to her boyfriend, actor Justin Bartha.

"Ashley Olsen is not engaged to be married," her rep tells People. "Ashley is dating Justin Bartha and they are very happy."

The denial comes on the heels of a report earlier this week which claimed the couple was in the midst of planning a lavish wedding in the South of France.

Olsen, 22, and Bartha, 30, were first spotted together in May.

In the past, Olsen has been linked to Columbia University quarterback Matt Kaplan, whom she dated for a little over three years until they split in 2004. The young star has also been tied to actor/singer Jared Leto, as well as cycling champion Lance Armstrong.

Olsen and her twin sister Mary-Kate have been busy of late promoting the release of their new coffee table book, "Influence."
