HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Anne Hathaway escaped injury Wednesday afternoon when a member of the paparazzi crashed his bike into her car in West Hollywood, the Associated Press reports.
Police say Hathaway was a passenger in her black Audi, which was being driven by her boyfriend Adam Shulman. The accident took place when Shulman went to make a right turn and the unidentified paparazzo crashed into the car.
The photographer was determined to be at fault in the crash, but no arrests have been made.
Hathaway, 27, earned a best actress Oscar nomination last year for her portrayal of a recovering drug addict in Rachel Getting Married.

In all the pictures where was the camera, with the long lens. In the back pack where the bike rider could not get at it.
The driver of the car turned into the on coming bike rider, who was riding his biker where he should.
