It looks like all is well in Miley Cyrus’ wacky world of dancing bears.
After taking to her blog to discuss how “degraded” she felt as a background bear in Cyrus’ twerk-tastic VMAs performance, little person Hollis Jane seems to have kissed and made up with the pop star.
The “Wrecking Ball” singer took to her Twitter Thursday to post a pic of their girlie get-together.
On Oct. 9 Jane wrote some pretty strong words about Cyrus’ controversial showstopper that left her “shaking and crying” after rehearsal: “We can all agree that right now all Miley Cyrus wants to do is make society’s jaw drop. So what’s more ‘weird’ or ‘freaky’ than having little people parading around in your show?” she said.
“It was my first time doing anything like that… anything where I was being used because of my height, not because of my talent,” added Jane. “And I will be the first one to tell you that standing on that stage, in that costume was one of the most degrading things I felt like I could ever do.
“I was being stared and laughed at for all of the wrong reasons. I was being looked at as a prop…as something less than human.”
But Cyrus obviously doesn’t want there to be any bad feelings: “#aslongasmybitchesloveme,” wrote the 20-year-old.
Braiding each other’s hair makes it all better. (I’m sure they did each other’s nails, too.)
