Now that Khloe Kardashian’s filed for divorce from Lamar Odom, it’s time to split their multi-million dollar assets.
And that means parting ways with their stunning Los Angeles mansion that’s only been on the open real estate market 24 hours for a cool $5.499 million… and CB! has the inside pics.
The soon-to-be exes hope to profit a hefty $1.5 million after buying the digs in 2009 for $3.95M.
And now we finally understand what Khloe meant when it was rumored in November they were saying goodbye to the property: “If u want 2make up stories that I’m selling my home at least use images AFTER I renovated it,” she tweeted. “LOL I can’t stand those horrendous old images.”
Here’s before in all it’s purple glory…
