I'm the type of person who gets very excited when the weather changes . . . especially when it gets colder, and I can start bundling up in stylish coats. But this joy isn't limited to Winter; even something like a surprisingly chilly day in the middle of Summer will put an enormous smile on my face because it means I can head to my closet and pick out a fun piece of outerwear. In fact, the entire back half of my closet is mostly coats and jackets. And every year, I make sure to identify essentials I want to upgrade or replace, and that includes finding swaps so that I always have that perfect trench for the office or my go-to weekend anorak.
