HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Hilary Duff showed off her toned body at last weekend's Teen Choice Awards – the result of the star hitting the gym harder than ever in preparation for her forthcoming wedding day.
"She looks toned and tight," her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, tells People. "I'm really proud of her, she looks fantastic."
So how has Duff gotten into tip-top shape for hockey beau Mike Comrie? The singer-actress has been increasing the amount of cardio she puts in before and after her works with, while also maintaining a healthy diet broken up into five small meals to help fuel her body.
All the hard work is paying off for Duff, who Pasternak promises will look better than ever on her big day.
"The key is to have amazing shoulders, amazing arms, posture is really important," he tells the mag. "But it's also important to have a really tight midsection, because the way a wedding dress hugs your midsection, you really want it lean and tight."
