What file formats are accepted?
You may upload video in any of the following formats: .3GP, .AVI, .DV, h.264, .MPEG2, .MPEG4, Quicktime and .WMV.

What is the maximum file size that can be uploaded?
The maximum upload size is 100 MB. If your file is larger than 100 MB, please email us at: customerservice@americansuperstarmag.com for assistance.

What platforms are supported for uploads?
Windows: WinXP, WinXP SP2, Win2000
Mac: MacOSx 10.2 and later
Windows browsers: IE 6, IE 7, Firefox 1.5, Firefox 2.0
