LOS ANGELES – Dr. Conrad Murray "had no concept of time" in the lead up to Michael Jackson's death, a court has heard.
Cardiologist Dr. Thao Nguyen took to the witness stand in Los Angeles Superior Court today to give evidence in the trial of the physician - who is accused of the involuntary manslaughter of the singer - and said the doctor was unable to provide a time frame for several crucial moments when they spoke at UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center on June 25 2009.

LOS ANGELES – Michael Jackson's children were "hysterical" when their father was pronounced dead.
Dr. Richelle Cooper tried to revive the star for around two hours when he was brought into Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center on June 25 2009, and then had to tell Prince Michael, 14, Paris, 13, and nine-year-old Prince Michael II, known as Blanket, that their dad had passed away, she testified in Los Angeles Superior Court today.

LOS ANGELES – A sex tape featuring Tupac Shakur has been discovered.
The five minutes of footage allegedly shows the rapper - who died from injuries sustained in a drive-by shooting in 1996 - receiving oral sex from an unidentified woman while he sings and dances along to his own music.

LOS ANGELES – Russell Brand was refused entry to Canada at the weekend.
The comedian-and-actor - who has a history of drug use and has been arrested 12 times for offences including criminal damage and indecent exposure - was stopped from entering the country ahead of a show in Orilla, Ontario, on Saturday.

LOS ANGELES – A medical device used to monitor Michael Jackson was "inadequate".
Dr. Conrad Murray - who stands accused of he involuntary manslaughter of the star, who died from acute Propofol intoxication on June 2009 - used a $275 fingertip device to read the star's pulse and blood oxygen levels when drugs were being administered, but evidence given in the medic's trial Friday claimed the system was not appropriate for the star's needs.

LOS ANGELES – Michael Jackson was "flatlined" and appeared dead when rescuers arrived at his house on the day of his death, a court heard Friday.
Paramedics were called to the 'Thriller' singer's house on June 25 2009 by his personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray - who is standing trial for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael - and Richard Senneff said at no time during the 42 minutes he was with him did he see any signs of life in the 50-year-old star.

LOS ANGELES – Shania Twain's alleged stalker interrupted her testimony at his trial today to declare he would plead guilty.
Dr. Giovanni Palumbo - who is charged with three counts of failure to comply with a court order and criminal harassment by watching and besetting - was listening to the Canadian singer testifying via a video link and after around 90 minutes he abruptly stood up and announced he'd had enough.

LOS ANGELES – Michael Jackson's daughter Paris was "balled up crying" as Dr. Conrad Murray tried to resuscitate him, a court heard yesterday.
The late 'Beat It' singer's head of security, Faheem Muhammad, took to the stand at the trial of the star's personal physician - who is accused of involuntary manslaughter - to give his version of events on the morning of the star's death from acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009.

LOS ANGELES – Dr. Conrad Murray asked to go back to Michael Jackson's house "to get rid of a cream that the world should never see" as the singer lay dead, a court heard today.
The medic - who is currently on trial for the involuntary manslaughter of the 'Thriller' singer, who died from acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 - allegedly panicked after Michael was pronounced dead in hospital and begged to be taken back to the Los Angeles property where he died.
