The Desperate Housewives star was on hand to celebrate Eva Longoria Parker Day, which was declared in Las Vegas by the Latin Chamber of Commerce. Parker, whose Sin City ventures include both Eve and her Beso restaurant, was honored with the Latin Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Business Leadership Award.
