SAN DIEGO, Calif. — "Twilight" fans went crazy Thursday when the franchise's cast descended upon Comic-Con in San Diego.
A deafening roar of screams could be heard as the main stars in the series — Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Ashley Greene — entered the room at the San Diego Convention Center.
The group was on hand to discuss the upcoming "Twilight" sequel "New Moon," which arrives in theaters in November.
Director Chris Weitz shared two sneak previews from the film, including one scene that showed off Lautner's ripped chest to the delight of the young girls in the crowd. The steamy scene highlights how Lautner's character, Jacob, is transforming into becoming Bella's (Stewart) best friend and the increasing amount of sexual tension between the two.
"I worked really hard to transform Jacob's body so I could portray him correctly for all you guys," Lautner told the audience. "And I hope you guys are pleased when you see the results."
Based on the screams, we're pretty sure they did.

I read all the books in the twilight series. I believe that the last book will be the best movie, but so far from looking at the previews New Moon is following the book better than twilight. We will enjoy the movie even though everyone else thinks the book new moon got off to a slow start well I'm excited and i will see it a midnight!

Okay. I read all the books 10 times. Read the fanfiction. I'm obsessed. And I was pissed when the first movie come out because it was disappointing. I also got pissed at the second book, but they are changing some things that I think are major impovements. ( (spoiler alert) More Edward. Also in pics i've seen when she saves him in Volterra she runs into his arms and (turn back now if you don't want to know) kisses him.) I team Edward and hatted Jacob in New Moon and Eclipse, the books only cause he looks fine in that sneak peak, so I can't wait to see Jacob's face when he finds out Bella and Edward are getting married. Mhahahahahahahahaha.
