HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Tila Tequila has lost a legal fight over a sex tape she made with a former boyfriend.

The reality star filed for an injunction to halt the release of the racy footage, shot during a trip the ex lovers took seven years ago.

Her attorney argued the sex tape was an invasion of Tequila's privacy and a misappropriation of her image. But at a hearing Thursday, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge rejected the argument, citing "Tila exploits her sexuality."

"This doesn't mean that the battle is over. I can still take this to federal court," Tequila told the site after the ruling.

A second sex tape that Tequila reportedly made with a female is also being shopped around.
