After making an attempt to save their marriage, the couple has decided to divorce, Jane's rep tells People.

The twosome, who have a 7-year-old daughter named Harlow Olivia Calliope, previously reconciled after Arquette filed for divorce in January 2009.

Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Patricia Arquette has filed for divorce from her husband, actor Thomas Jane, according to People.

The "Medium" star cites "irreconcilable differences" in court papers filed Monday in Los Angeles. She is seeking sole legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old daughter Harlow, the magazine says.

Thomas Jane, pics, pictures, photos, celebrity, celeb, news, juicy, gossip, rumors HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actor Thomas Jane was arrested for driving under the influence early Monday morning, authorities have confirmed.

Jane, who starred in "The Punisher" and is married to actress Patricia Arquette, was speeding in a 2008 Maserati around 2:30 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.

After being pulled over on Interstate 5 in Kern County, Calif., Jane failed a field sobriety test and was eventually booked into Kern County Jail in Bakersfield.
