The Police Will Play Final Concert in New York

The Police, Sting, live, concert, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new NEW YORK — The Police will play their final show together this summer in New York, according to Reuters.

The legendary rock trio, which reunited for a 30th-anniversary world tour last year, made the announcement Tuesday at a news conference alongside the city's mayor Michael Bloomberg.

The band's final show will be a fundraiser benefitting the production of arts programming for public television. A date and venue have yet to be released.

The Police, Sting, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The Police are planning to make one final swing through North America on the heels of their well-received reunion tour, sources reveal to Billboard.

The band is reportedly gearing up to play approximately 30 dates in North America in May and July, before saying goodbye to touring for good.

The Police, led by singer/bass player Sting, guitarist Andy Summers and drummer Stewart Copeland, have already announced plans for 15 concert dates in Europe during the month of June.
