Stephanie Pratt Headed for Rehab

The 23-year-old reality star is entering a 30-day residential rehab facility after pleading not guilty Friday to a misdemeanor DUI charge in Los Angeles, according to People.

Pratt was arrested in Hollywood on Oct. 18, shortly after leaving castmate Holly Montag's birthday party at L.A. nightclub Empire. She was just over the 0.8 legal limit for California after a second breath test registered at 0.9, TMZ previously reported.

The 23-year-old Hills star was just over the 0.8 legal limit for California after a second breath test registered at 0.9, according to TMZ.com.

If convicted, she could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

The 23-year-old "Hills" star was stopped by authorities around 3:45 a.m. in Hollywood, Calif., police records show. She was later released on $5,000 bail.

The arrest took place after Pratt left Holly Montag's birthday party at L.A. nightclub Empire. At 11 p.m., she Tweeted: "its my sissy @hollymontags bday party! just finished dinner and going to Empire but im pretty tired aka yes i am the party pooper :("
