"I'm not the scumbag pervert that I've been painted to be," he tells Barbara Walters in a 20/20 interview set to air Friday. "The misinformation that came out during the trial is the elephant in the room. It's the elephant in the room for my kids."

The 54-year-old supermodel wants the juicy details behind her divorce made public, including claims that Cook surfed the Web looking for women on swingers sites, in addition to look at porn, a source tells Access Hollywood.

On Thursday, Brinkley appeared in New York Supreme Court in an attempt to follow through on her wishes.
