HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane are on the outs again.

After making an attempt to save their marriage, the couple has decided to divorce, Jane's rep tells People.

The twosome, who have a 7-year-old daughter named Harlow Olivia Calliope, previously reconciled after Arquette filed for divorce in January 2009.

"The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter," the rep told the mag. "They ask that their privacy be respected at this time."

Arquette, 42 and Jane, 41, met in 2001 and married five years later in Italy.

Both stars are familiar with divorces. Arquette was previously married to actor Nicolas Cage, while Jane went through a divorce with the daughter of Dutch actor Rutger Hauer.
