The Top Chef host gave birth to a baby girl named Krishna Thea Lakshmi on Saturday," her rep confirmed to People.

"Mother and baby are well and happy," said the star's publicist.

The "Top Chef" host is expecting her first baby after years of struggling with endometriosis, the star's rep tells Us Weekly.

The 39-year-old Lakshmi has long been an advocate for the condition, in which the tissue that normally lines the uterus grows in other areas of the body, resulting in pain, irregular bleeding and possible infertility.
