HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Nicolas Cage likely won't remember 2009 as his finest year.
The 45-year-old actor is being sued yet again, this time by Red Curb Investments, which claims Cage failed to repay more than $5 million in loans, according to People.
The real estate company also claims that Cage and his advisors failed to come clean about the Oscar winner's financial woes, including his $6.3 million tax debt.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — When it rains it pours. At least that's how Nicolas Cage must be feeling.
The Oscar-winning star is being sued for $13 million by his ex-girlfriend, Christina Fulton, who alleges Cage left her in financial ruin, TMZ reports.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The man Nicolas Cage claims led him into financial ruin is firing back, accusing the actor of going on a wild spending spree after a string of box office hits.
Last month, the Oscar-winning star filed a $20 million lawsuit against his former business manager, Samuel J. Levin, claiming the man's advice led him down a path of destruction. Levin has since filed a countersuit in which he claims he warned Cage about the pitfalls of his lavish lifestyle.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Nicolas Cage has bid adieu to New Orleans.
The 45-year-old actor had his two historic homes in the city purchased in a foreclosure auction Thursday, the result of Cage's current financial problems.
The homes were purchased by Regions Bank, the same financial that foreclosed on the properties in the French Quarter and Garden District, The Times-Picayune reports.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Nicolas Cage is liquidating several real-estate assets after word broke last month concerning the actor's serious financial troubles.
Cage's Louisiana homes in the French Quarter and Garden District will be auctioned off on Nov. 12, while other properties in California and Las Vegas have also been put up for sale.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Nicolas Cage is feeling the heat from the IRS again.
The 45-year-old actor has been ordered to pay $6,257,005 in overdue taxes, according to published reports.
IRS officials claim Cage failed to pay the 2007 federal income tax on both his $3.55 million mansion in New Orleans and his $35 million pad in Hollywood.
Cage currently has his New Orleans property on the market.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Nicolas Cage is suing Kathleen Turner over allegations she made in her new autobiography, Send Yourself Roses.
In the book, Cage's former co-star in the 1986 film "Peggy Sue Got Married" writes: "He caused so many problems. He was arrested twice for drunk-driving and, I think, once for stealing a dog. He'd come across a chihuahua he liked and stuck it in his jacket."
