NEW YORK — Irina Shayk has introduced herself to the world as the 2011 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover model.

Shayk, 25, graces the cover under the headline "Paradise Found in Hawaii." She is the first Russian cover model and joins an elite group of swimsuit models to grace the cover, including Kathy Ireland, Christie Brinkley, Cheryl Tiegs, Heidi Klum, Elle MacPherson, Tyra Banks, Petra Nemcova and Marisa Miller.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Miranda Kerr is following in the footsteps of Demi Moore and Britney Spears.

The pregnant model has posed nude for W magazine's December family issue, having stripped down for famed photographer Patrick Demarchelier.

"For me, family is life," the 27-year-old Kerr, who is seven months into her pregnancy, tells the mag. "The decision to start one wasn't complex at all."

NEW YORK — Jessica White, a model who has appeared in Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition, was arrested early Saturday morning after she allegedly beat up another woman outside a New York City nightclub.

White, 26, was charged with misdemeanor assault after she allegedly got into a catfight with the woman over a taxi just before 5 a.m., according to the New York Post.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Kings of Leon star Caleb Followill is now engaged to his longtime girlfriend, model Lily Aldridge.

The rocker popped the question over the weekend, the band's rep confirmed Monday.

No other details about the engagement or the couple's wedding plans were revealed.

Followill, 28, and Aldridge, 24, have been dating for more than two years.
