Miley Cyrus Tattoo Pictures: Miley Cyrus slipped into a pink bikini on Thursday, but it was her seemingly new tattoo that created the bigger buzz.
The Hannah Montana star was photographed with a tattoo that reads "Just Breathe" under her left breast as she lounged poolside with friends at the Fountainbleau Resort in Miami Beach.
Cyrus, who turned 17 on Nov. 23, has yet to confirm whether the tattoo is a permanent fixture. By law, the legal age to get inked in the U.S. is 18.
Tattoos are certainly nothing new to the Cyrus family as older brother Trace and family patriach Billy Ray both sport multiple ink designs. In fact, Billy Ray opened up last year about how Miley inspired him to get another tattoo as they were sitting in church.
"We were sitting beside each other and I noticed she just picked up my hand and she drew this little heart on there," he explained to Access Hollywood. "I had already declared that day was Miley's day, I said, 'Anything that you want to do today — it's your day, you tell me... And then she said, 'Daddy! I know what I want to do.' I said 'What is it?' She said, 'Take you to the tattoo parlor.' Next thing I know we are driving out there headed for Pasadena on a Sunday afternoon."

As long as you are accompanyed by a parent and they sign you can get a tattoo by law, with the exception of no one under they age of 13 and by the decreation of the tattoo artist.

who cares. if her parents signed off on it what does it matter. as long as no one sees it while she is on disney what does it really matter
people who are under 18 get
