HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Lil Wayne is turning out babies at a rate faster than the hits off his chart-topping 2008 album Tha Carter III.

The 27-year-old singer, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr., has another child on the way — a baby boy with singer Nivea, he tells BBC host Tim Westwood.

The latest addition will be the third son for Lil Wayne in about a year. The first (Dwayne Carter III) was born last October to a never-disclosed mother. He also welcomed a boy (Lennox Samuel Ari) last month with actress Lauren London.

The Grammy winner also has a 9-year-old daughter, Reginae, with his ex-wife Antonia Carter.

It will be the fourth child for the 27-year-old Nivea, who was three children with her ex-husband The-Dream.

Lil Wayne's next album, Rebirth, is slated to drop in November.
