HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Kelly Rutherford was granted a temporary restraining order Thursday against her estranged husband Daniel Giersch, according to court documents obtained by People.
The 40-year-old actress claims the German entrepreneur has repeatedly harassed her and her family, including her mother and her nanny, the documents filed at Los Angeles Superior Court state.
The order will remain in effect for 21 days pending a court date to hear evidence.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Claiming that she felt "intimidated," Kelly Rutherford reportedly called the police twice on her estranged husband Daniel Giersch, according to court documents obtained by People.
Rutherford, who filed for divorce on Dec. 30 despite being four months pregnant with the sparring couple's second child, refers to Giersch as "an avid boxer and a kickboxer, and I am intimidated by him," in the court papers filed on Jan. 16. Rutherford and Giersch have been battling over their 2-year-old son, Hermes.
The first call to the police happened while the pair was staying at the Wales Hotel in New York.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actress Kelly Rutherford is splitting with her husband, despite being three months pregnant, according to People.
The 40-year-old "Gossip Girl" star cited "irreconcilable differences" when she filed for divorce from her husband of two years, German businessman Daniel Giersch, on Dec. 30, the magazine says.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actress Kelly Rutherford is pregnant, her rep confirmed to Us Weekly.
It will be the second child for the 40-year-old "Gossip Girl" star and her German businessman husband, Daniel Giersch.
Rutherford and Giersch, who tied the knot in August 2006, are already proud parents to a 2-year-old son named Hermes.
The couple's newest addition is due in June.
