HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jon and Kate Gosselin are officially divorced!
The reality show couple finalized their divorce proceedings on Friday, with Kate receiving the family home in eastern Pennsylvania and primary custody of their eight children, her attorney, Mark Momjian, told the Associated Press.

LOS ANGELES — Jon and Kate Gosselin inched closer to finalizing their divorce agreement on Saturday with a successful day at the arbitration table.
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 stars had such a productive hearing that the second day of arbitration, which was scheduled for Monday, is no longer necessary. According to TMZ, the two main issues remaining are distribution of assets and child support. The celebrity news source says neither side is seeking spousal support and that Jon has already conceded that he won't fight Kate for primary custody of their eight kids.
The day began with Jon showing up with a bouquet of long-stemmed red roses for his estranged wife.

Jon and Kate Gosselin plan to deck the halls together when Christmas time rolls around so their eight children can enjoy the holiday.
"Christmas Eve and Christmas day are joint-shared custody days, which means we're both in the house," the 32-year-old estranged father tells AOL's Popeater. "So we'll be there."

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Despite a very bitter divorce that has been played out in the media, Kate Gosselin is still holding onto some fond memories of her time with estranged husband Jon.
"A part of me always will [love Jon]," the 34-year-old mother of eight told the Today show's Natalie Morales in a TLC interview special that aired Monday night. "It's hard to to be married to somebody for 10 years and try to say, 'No, I don't love them anymore.' It doesn't work really well. I love the memories that we have together."
"We can't turn life off," she adds. "You're viewing our lives; yes, you can turn it off. I can't turn life off. In the last nine, 10 months, it's gotten real crazy, and I can't seem to get away from it. I just want peace for my kids."

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Whether it's her nasty divorce that still isn't finalized or simply men in general, dating is the furthest thing from Kate Gosselin's mind.
"I'm not thinking about it, but the thought has crossed my mind at some point [that] it's going to be scrutinized," the 34-year-old reality star said of jumping back into the dating scene on Wednesday's Ellen DeGeneres Show. "Let's not talk about it."
While she's constantly surrounded by cameras, Gosselin said her top priority will always be protecting her eight children with estranged husband Jon.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jon Gosselin says he has complied with a court order to return the $230,000 he swiped from a joint account he shares with his soon-to-be ex-wife.
The reality TV star told the Associated Press that the money has been returned in full, but said he was disappointed that his estranged wife Kate Gosselin did not appear at Monday's court hearing in Norristown, Pa.
Jon also said that Kate has yet to account for how she spent $33,000 in cash withdrawals.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Kate Gosselin is seeing the negative effects on her children as her ongoing divorce battle with estranged husband Jon continues to get drawn out in the media.
"I'm trying to give them the grace to see, if they're acting out of line, I'm trying to look deeper into why that is," the reality star tells Vanity Fair. "Why the kids are acting out. Cause it's all inter-related. I mean, they don't see it, but it's all interconnected."

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — The end is coming for Jon and Kate.
The estranged couple's TLC reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8 will end its run in mid-to-late November, network executives tell the New York Post.
Last month, TLC announced it would rebrand the series Kate Plus 8 and limit Jon Gosselin's screen time. The father of eight responded by threatening legal action if the network continued to film his children.

NORRISTOWN, Pa. — Jon Gosselin has been ordered to return $180,000 to his soon-to-be ex-wife Kate Gosselin after withdrawing the money from the estranged couple's joint bank account.
A Pennsylvania judge handed down the ruling on Tuesday after Kate accused Jon of taking $230,000 from the account, leaving her unable to pay household bills.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Kate Gosselin has filed for child and spousal support in the latest round of her ongoing legal tassle with estranged husband Jon.
The 34-year-old mother of eight filed her paperwork last week, according to published reports. The filing announcement comes after Kate recently accused Jon of withdrawing $230,000 out of a joint account that could only be touched if both sides signed off on it.
