Justin Bieber and Rihanna to Perform at Kids' Choice Awards

Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Kids Choice Awards, pictures, picture, photos, photo, pics, pic, images, image, hot, sexy, latest, new, 2010 HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Justin Bieber and Rihanna will perform at the upcoming Kids' Choice Awards, organizers have announced.

In addition to taking the stage, the 15-year-old Bieber will also get up close and personal with one lucky fan. Nickelodeon is offering an all-access sweepstakes that will include a trip for four to Los Angeles, tickets to the show, an invitation to walk the famed orange carpet, access to Bieber's pre-show rehearsal and a private meet-and-greet with the teen heartthrob. Fans can enter the promotion from March 3-10 at www.nick.com/kca10.

Miley Cyrus topped this year's list of nominees for the annual slime fest that honors the best in film, music, sports and television. The 17-year-old star is up for four nominations: Favorite Female Singer, Favorite Movie Actress, Favorite TV Actress and Favorite Song (for "Party in the U.S.A.").

The 23rd annual ceremony, which will be hosted by Kevin James, will air live from UCLA's Pauley Pavilion on March 27.
