HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jon Gosselin and TLC have kissed and made up. Well, at least a little bit.
The two sides have reached a settlement in their dueling lawsuits against each other, the network announced Wednesday.
"TLC has reached a settlement with Jon Gosselin and will be undertaking procedural steps to conclude the litigation," read the network's statement. "All terms of the settlement are confidential. The whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC."

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jon Gosselin has apparently jumped back into the dating scene.
The recently divorced father of eight reportedly has a new girlfriend in Morgan Christie, a 25-year-old brunette he connected with while snowboarding in Utah over the Thanksgiving holiday, a source tells the National Enquirer.

NEW YORK — Hailey Glassman is shooting down claims that she ransacked Jon Gosselin's apartment.
Gosselin contends that someone recently broke into his New York City apartment, causing significant damage while the father of eight was spending Christmas with his children in Pennsylvania. There have been reports that the Manhattan home had a nasty note from his ex Glassman, which was stabbed to a dresser with a butcher knife.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jon and Kate Gosselin are officially divorced!
The reality show couple finalized their divorce proceedings on Friday, with Kate receiving the family home in eastern Pennsylvania and primary custody of their eight children, her attorney, Mark Momjian, told the Associated Press.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Talk about an early Christmas present.
A Maryland judge has ordered Jon Gosselin to quit making media appearances that TLC claims violates his contract with the network, the Associated Press reports.
The ruling was handed down Thursday during a one-day hearing in Maryland that Gosselin did not attend. Montgomery County Circuit Judge Michael D. Mason granted the preliminary injunction, pending the outcome of a trial that is scheduled to begin on April 19.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jon Gosselin's legal showdown with TLC kicked off Thursday, but the reality star was nowhere to be found.
Gosselin, 32, did not attend the morning Maryland hearing, which moved on without him, according to the Associated Press.
The judge reportedly said Gosselin's lawyers don't plan to call any witnesses.
In October, TLC sued the Jon and Kate Plus 8 star for violating his contract by allegedly making paid and unpaid TV appearances without the cable network's permission.

LOS ANGELES — Jon and Kate Gosselin inched closer to finalizing their divorce agreement on Saturday with a successful day at the arbitration table.
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 stars had such a productive hearing that the second day of arbitration, which was scheduled for Monday, is no longer necessary. According to TMZ, the two main issues remaining are distribution of assets and child support. The celebrity news source says neither side is seeking spousal support and that Jon has already conceded that he won't fight Kate for primary custody of their eight kids.
The day began with Jon showing up with a bouquet of long-stemmed red roses for his estranged wife.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jon Gosselin has filed a $5 million countersuit against TLC, accusing the network of damaging his career and reputation.
In the suit, the reality star claims the network reached out to various media outlets and advised them not to speak with him, according to court documents obtained by Radar Online. He also contends that TLC owes him $175,000 based on the terms of a contract dated April 28, 2008, in which he was due $22,500 for each half-hour episode and $45,000 for each one-hour episode.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Give Jon Gosselin credit, he can at least laugh at himself in the mirror.
The 32-year-old reality TV father mocks himself in a new Funny or Die video, in which he declares an end to his public persona.
"For the past few months I've been looking back and thinking, man this is not me, this is not what I want to do," he says. "I just want to go back to the normal, simple life like I used to have."
"People always say to me, 'Jon, you can't go back.' But I am going to go back," he later declares.
Gosselin then proceeds to shed his image as he deletes Michael Lohan's number, returns a box of Ed Hardy clothes and gives up his clubbing days, among other things, all to the tune of Cher's "If I Could Turn Back Time."
