HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jim Carrey says he's grateful to have girlfriend Jenny McCarthy in his life, but he doesn't envision tying the knot again in the future.

"I'm happy with Jenny. Although I probably won't get married again," the 46-year-old actor, who was previously married to Melissa Womer and Lauren Holly, tells Britain's Weekend magazine.

"If you've done it twice, you really should stop doing it," he adds.

Carrey and McCarthy started dating in December 2005 and have long avoided engagement rumors. The actor, whose "Horton Hears a Who!" topped last weekend's box office, also spoke out on McCarthy's 5-year-old son, Evan, who was born with autism.

"He's a wonderful boy," he says. "And he teaches me so much. I play with him in a way that makes him want to be part of the gang, and Jenny says I get him past certain fears."
